VMP has designed the ultimate lower intake manifold-to-supercharger gasket seal for GT500s and Coyotes.

The VMP Boost-Lok gasket prevents boost loss due to the fold-over issue common in high boost situations with the factory gasket.

• Direct replacement for the black Ford gasket 7R3Z-9H486-AA
• Double-hump design on the bottom and top surfaces of the gasket prevents fold-over
• Holds high boost without leaking
• More dimensionally accurate than stock to facilitate easier installation into the machined receiver groove in the lower intake
• Fits '07-'14 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 5.4 L and 5.8 L
• Fits '11-'17 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 L with Roush or VMP superchargers using Roush-style lower intake manifold
• Fits '11-'14 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2 L with Roush or VMP superchargers
• Fits '05-10 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 L with Roush R2300 2.3 L supercharger kit (does not fit M90 supercharger)
• Fits '05-10 Roush special edition Mustangs such as P51A, P51B, 540RH
• Red FKM Viton fluoro-elastomer synthetic rubber to resist oil, gas, and alcohols.

*This is the most important gasket to replace on the lower intake because it sees the most abuse due to the hot non-intercooler air coming out of the supercharger.
