The VMP 90 mm idler is an easy way to correct belt length when installing a smaller supercharger pulley on the following applications:

Fits these applications/situations:

• 2007-2014 Shelby GT500
  • 07-12 going from a stock 3.0 to a 2.7, 2.6, 2.5
  • 13-14 going from a stock 2.63 to a 2.4
  • Installs left and down from blower, directly under the intercooler tubes
  • GT500 specific VMP 90 mm Idler Pulley Installation Instructions
  • For an even larger change in belt length swap the idler pulley on the spring tensioner for our 90 mm, factory is 75 mm, this only works with stock size balancers.
• 2011-2017 Mustang and F-150 Coyote 5.0 L with Roush Supercharger kits
  • Fits grind-style Roush FEAD (picture below)
  • Going from a stock 85 mm to a 3.2 (82 mm)
  • Occassionally minor filing is required of the upper FEAD bracket to clear the larger idler
• Fits common applications that require an idler with 17 mm bore
• Fits Roush M90 and P51 TVS blowers when installing a smaller supercharger pulley
  • install directly below the supercharger pulley
• Fits 03-04 Cobra and 99-04 Lightning in most positions, see 3-piece kit VMP-COBRAIDLERS
