How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $500. Otherwise, exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can vary based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders under $500 will be shipped via our carrier of choice, unless the customer specifies otherwise. We offer free shipping via ground/standard shipping with our carrier of choice for orders over $500.
An email delivery option is available for tune files. If chosen, you will automatically receive an invoice/receipt from our website; if you do not receive this, check your spam blocker or junk mail. For tune-only orders, we deliver the tune files directly to your inbox. Any updates or revisions to your tune will also be sent via email - you'll always receive the latest version electronically.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not require a minimum order amount.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we offer next-day/overnight, 2-day, 3-day, and ground/standard shipping options at checkout for an additional charge.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
While many items are in stock and may ship the same day (if the order is placed before noon Eastern Time), some items require more extensive preparation or need to be ordered as a special item from one of our suppliers. If there is more than a 72-hour delay on the shipping, we will attempt to notify you via email.
Additionally, custom tuning requires a minimum of 7-10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and vacations, and may take longer in some cases. If you need the tune file quickly, we recommend selecting the Expedited Tune File option.
Where are you located? How long does shipping take?
We are based in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Shipping times may vary depending on the selected shipping method.
Will you provide tracking information?
You will automatically be sent a tracking email when your item is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, check your spam blockers or junk mail. If you are still unable to track your package, please contact us for a tracking number.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
We charge your card at the time of order. For security reasons, we do not keep credit card information.
If I ordered a part that's out of stock, when will it ship?
If you've ordered an out-of-stock or back-ordered item, the VMP Performance team will notify you ASAP with an estimated restock date and shipping timeline.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses. Please get in touch with us at sales@vmpperfromance.com to arrange.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Not all shipping options are available, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes Or APOs/FPOs?
Yes, we usually can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please contact us before you order to verify.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Additional duties and taxes may apply, and VMP Performance is not responsible for any of those fees. If there is no shipping option for your specific address, please email us at sales@vmpperformance.com for help.
Do you ship hazardous items?
Some hazardous items may be restricted. Please contact us for specific details before ordering.
Do you ship oversized parts?
Yes. Oversized parts may require special handling and additional shipping fees. Any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?
We work hard to make sure this never happens, but if it does, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct part as soon as possible.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
How can I be sure you're shipping me products that will fit my vehicle?
All our product fitment information is listed online; however, if you have any questions about fitment, please don't hesitate to contact us before ordering. We're happy to help you order the correct part or kit for your vehicle.
What happens if the part doesn't work with my vehicle?
If the part does not fit as expected, please refer to our return policy for instructions.
What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
If your address changes, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order is processed. If your order has already been processed, you may need to contact the carrier to update your shipping address.
What if I never receive an order?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please refer to your tracking number. Please ensure you will be available to receive your package and have a secure location for delivery.
Unfortunately, the carrier is not responsible for a package after it has been delivered, and we do not cover loss after delivery. VMP Performance cannot be liable for stolen deliveries.
What happens If I refuse the shipment?
Please do not refuse a shipment. Refusing a shipment means the order will be returned to us, which can delay a refund and cause additional charges such as restocking fees and return shipping costs. If you'd like to return your part, accept the package and start the return process.
