How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at (321) 206-9369. You will need your order number. 

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number that we will provide. This number must be included on the outside of your package for us to accept the return. Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be processed.

To be eligible for refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be new, unused, and in their original box to be accepted for a refund

  • Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of ordering

  • There are NO refunds on our custom tunes

  • There are NO refunds on custom ordered parts



Restocking fee 

  • VMP reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee

    • This fee is pending VMP’s inspection of the product

  • VMP reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for products that have been installed, used, damaged in shipping, or ordered more than 30 days prior



Cancellation fee

  • If a cancellation is required prior to VMP’s shipment of the product, VMP reserves the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee
