2.49" keyed design! approximately 1/2-3/4lb more boost than other pulleys.

Includes larger 90MM replacement idler to improve belt wrap and take up slack, allowing for use of stock belt.

Roushcharged M90 Blower Pulley for 2005-08 Mustang 4.6L 3V with Roush Blower.

For late 2008/2009 Roush changed the type of pulley on their Stage 3 cars and M90 Roushcharger blowers, VMP now offers a pulley that fits the 2005-early 2008. This is the old style pulley with a keyway and held on by a bolt.

Adds even more boost than the aftermarket pulleys from Roush Performance.

Tuning recommended when swapping from a stock pulley. Most tunes will adjust if swapping from a 2.55 or 2.57 pulley.

This pulley is slip fit but a 2 or 3 jaw puller is recommended for removal of the stock pulley.
