Just when you thought you’d seen all the dynamite we could fit in one small package, VMP is unleashing even more power with the new VMP GEN2R! Building on the record-setting VMP GEN 2 TVS for 2007-14 Shelby GT500 and 2011-17 Mustang GT, we went further. Through VMP’s involvement with record-setting TVS-powered cars such as Matt Brunette’s 2008 Shelby GT500 to Rebecca Starkey’s 2011 GT, VMP is driven to push our superchargers to the moon, and back. Our drive to go faster, run quicker, and make more horsepower has led to the development of the VMP GEN2R model. VMP’s integrated inlet design has been the secret to moving massive amounts of air through a dependable 2.3-liter Eaton TVS rotorpack. To improve on this already great design, we made the inlet plenum behind the rotorpack even BIGGER, we removed the EGR hump inside and out, we expanded the mouth of the inlet to accept even larger throttle bodies but kept a standard bolt pattern! The new VMP Gen2R has maximized every square inch of air space within the inlet plenum. VMP Gen2R TVS does not include a pulley; it comes complete with installation hardware, tech support, and one-year warranty.
