Do you already own the Pro-Racer software?
If you want to add support for another vehicle you will need to purchase an additional database for that vehicle's PCM code.
3-5 Days after you place the order your dongle will be updated by SCT, you can run an update on your Advantage software and you will now have access to that code.

Once purchased, VMP will send your information to SCT so that they can ship the hardware to you, and email you over the information necessary to get you started, including the End User Agreement, Links to Learnupon and the EPA quiz.

The vehicle's strategy can be found by plugging the SCT device into the vehicle, and navigating to the VEHICLE INFO menu.
