How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at (321) 206-9369. You will need your order number. 

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number that we will provide. This number must be included on the outside of your package for us to accept the return. Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be processed.

To be eligible for refund, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be new, unused, and in their original box to be accepted for a refund

Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of ordering

There are NO refunds on our custom tunes.

There are NO refunds on custom ordered parts.


Restocking fee 

VMP reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee

This fee is pending VMP’s inspection of the product

VMP reserves the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for products that have been installed, used, damaged in shipping, or ordered more than 30 days prior


Cancellation fee

  • If a cancellation is required prior to VMP’s shipment of the product, VMP reserves the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee
