The BMR Level 1 Performance Handling Package for the 2005-2010 S197 Mustang includes:
BMR Lowering Springs - manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, that are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine, and adjusted in real-time to ensure every spring is exactly the same. Compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice for a permanent set, and guaranteed no sag. Stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, to ensure most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. Then, shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Lastly, each spring is computer tested to measure the force for a variety of spring lengths. This allows BMR to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against spring sag.
These springs will drop the front end of your S197 Mustang 1.5", and feature a fine-tuned spring rate (165lb front, 160lb rear) to give you great handling and a smooth ride. The linear spring rate offers plenty of support, keeping the body flat and level in the corners, while remaining soft enough for a comfortable ride on any road.
BMR Front Sway Bars - designed for street performance, autocross, and road race applications, the large adjustable 3-way position sway bar allows you to fine-tune the handling of your Mustang so you can drive harder through corners with minimal body roll.
Manufactured from heavy-wall 35 mm DOM tubing. The hollow design allows for loads of strength in the lightest package possible. The sway bar mounts to the car with bushings that are molded from 88-durometer, low-deflection, polyurethane. They are internally fluted to keep grease in the bushing.
BMR Rear Sway Bar - manufactured from heavy-duty 22 mm bar stock, the BMR rear sway bar is cold formed to better resist torsional fatigue and retain its "memory." Non-adjustable, the BMR rear sway bar gives you a 52% increase in rate over the stock bar (depending on year and model). This gives you improved handling so you can drive harder through corners with minimal body roll.
BMR Panhard rods - made of 1.25", 0.120" wall DOM tubing with TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters, BMR panhard rods are strong and durable. With a CNC-machined center adjuster and greasable, 95-durometer bushings, BMR Panhard rods stay well-lubricated and add a solid, more responsive feel to your Mustang.
BMR Panhard rods feature an on-car adjustable design that looks great on lowered Mustangs.
BMR Panhard rod support brace - made from boxed tubing for extra strength, the heavy-duty construction adds strength for increased lateral loads seen during cornering and hard launches. It also eliminates the deflection seen in stamped-steel Panhard rod supports.
BMR’s bolt-on relocation brackets - allows you to correct the lower control arm angle, correcting the rear suspension geometry and giving you anti-squat for increased traction. Strong and durable, BMR's relocation brackets are manufactured from heavy-duty 3/16" and 1/4" laser cut, CNC-formed steel plate.
Designed to bolt in place, making installation simple and easy allowing you to lower the lower control arms’ rear mounting position by as much as 3 inches. The BMR relocation brackets also allows you to make instant center changes for race applications.
Ford Racing Upper Strut mounts - provide a higher durometer mounting pad for increased performance, higher impact loads, and increased durability.
